Our hotel once was a home to one of the finest pastry shop in the city, Bobis. The building itself was adapted and refurbished, but you can still hear locals as they pass by, to say that they can still sense the taste of donuts filled with delicious vanilla cream,or how the cakes would be aligned against the glass.

Bobis meant tradition, meant quality and loyalty to old receipes that were once told in Split households.
